 Lincoln Motor was honored with the Overall Loyalty to Dealer Award from IHS Markit during 2019 Automotive News World Congress. The Automotive Loyalty Awards, now in their 23rd year, are presented annually by business information provider IHS Markit, and are the industry’s only fact-based awards of their kind. Lincoln Motor Company was a repeat winner in the Highest Loyalty to Dealer category, as more Lincoln owners returned to a Lincoln dealer for another Lincoln than any other brand during the 2018 model year. New-car owners found Lincoln Motor Co.'s Navigator to be the most gratifying model on the market, according to J.D. Power.
The Navigator had the highest overall score in the J.D. Power 2018 U.S. Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout Study, which measures the satisfaction of new car owners. Its APEAL score was 915 out of 1,000, the highest level recorded since 2013.
